Coconut milk powder is produced from spray dried fresh coconut milk, maltodextrin, protein, emulsifier, flavor and anticaking agent. No Added Preservatives.

Coconut milk, maltodextrin, milk protein (Sodium caseinate), emulsifier, coconut flavor and anticaking agent.
Application
Coconut milk powder can be used for bakery (an indispensable ingredient for cakes, biscuits, cookies, breads, buns, pastries, wafers, waffles, doughnuts, pies, centre fillings etc), confectioneries (sweets, centre fillings, coatings, cereal bars, candy bars, snack products, etc), blended beverages, desserts, savouries, ice cream, and many other applications.
Packaging
25 kgs three ply kraft paper with poly bag as inner.
Storage
Preferably stored in a cool, dry and odour free area with ambient temperature between 25°C to 32°C, and placed away from direct sunlight.
Directions for Preparation
For thin milk the ratio of water and powder is 6 to 1, meaning 150 g of water against 25g of powder.
For thick milk the ratio of water and powder is 3 to 1. meaning 75 g of water against 25g of powder.
