Dessicated Coconut is obtained by drying ground coconuts after removing their brown skin. It’s the dehydrated form of white coconut meat from carefully selected fresh coconuts. This product does not contain any additives and preservatives.
Commonly used in bakeries as a topping for cakes and pastries, centre filling for buns, and decoration for cakes.
