Non Dairy Creamer Type EC 30-10 is produced from spray dried palm oil, maltodextrin, protein, emulsifier, stabilizer, and anticaking agent.
Application
NDC EC 30-10 can be used to reduce the dosage of fresh milk, provide a special mellow milk taste and flavor, and can hide bitter taste. Commonly used for bakery, snacks (like wafer, biscuit,etc.), confectioneries, blended beverages, blended coffee and milk tea, and many other applications.
Packaging
25 kgs three ply kraft paper with poly bag as inner.
Storage
Preferably stored in a cool, dry and odour free area with ambient temperature between 25°C to 32°C, and place away from direct sunlight.
