Guri-nee Coconut milk powder is produced from spray dried fresh coconut milk, maltodextrin, protein, emulsifier, stabilizer, and anticaking agent. No Added Flavours or Preservatives.

Non Dairy Creamer, Coconut milk powder, Anticaking Agent, Stabilizer, Coconut Flavor, Natural Salt Sodium Chloride.
Application
Guri-nee can be used for bakery (an indispensable ingredient for cakes, biscuits, cookies, breads, buns, pastries, wafers, waffles, doughnuts, pies, centre fillings etc), confectioneries (sweets, centre fillings, coatings, cereal bars, candy bars, snack products, etc), blended beverages, desserts, savouries, ice cream, and many others application.
Shelf Life
Guri-nee has a shelf life of 15 months from the date of manufacture with original packaging
Storage
Preferably stored in a cool, dry and odour free area with ambient temperature between 25°C to 32°C, and place away from direct sunlight.
Directions for Preparation
- For thin milk the ratio of water and powder is 6 to 1, meaning 15 g of water against 90g of powder.
- For thick milk the ratio of water and powder is 3 to 1. meaning 15 g of water against 45g of powder.
