Coconut milk, Maltodextrin, Modified starch, Emulsifiers, Stabilizers & Acid Regulator.
Application
Coconut milk powder can be used for bakery (an indispensable ingredient for cakes, biscuits, cookies, breads, buns, pastries, wafers, waffles, doughnuts, pies, centre fillings etc), confectioneries (sweets, centre fillings, coatings, cereal bars, candy bars, snack products, etc), blended beverages, desserts, savouries, ice cream, and many others application.
Shelf Life
Coconut milk powder has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture with original packaging.
Packaging
25 kgs three ply kraft paper with poly bag as inner.
Storage
Preferably stored in a cool, dry and odour free area with ambient temperature between 25°C to 32°C, and place away from direct sunlight.
Directions for Preparation
Ratio of water and powder is 4 to 1, meaning 100 g of water against 25g of powder
